We do have a basic kit inclusions list,

as well as a standard kit inclusions list if you prefer.

You can purchase as much or as little of the kit as you want – you may have friends or relatives who can supply certain components, or may wish to use supplies you already have on hand or items that you find along the way at bargain basement prices at the clearance sales.

Build your own inclusions list….

All you pay for is the components you actually want and you only pay for them as you need them. This will save you thousands in interest payments as there is no need for you to draw on your mortgage unnecessarily - you just pay for what you want, when you want it - with no hidden costs.

For those clients wanting to buy one of two variations of kits we have listed the basic kit inclusions and the standard kit inclusions below, as well as optional extras or upgrades which are available - you can either pay for and receive the components as you need them on a “cost plus” basis, or they can be delivered in stages using our progress payments option on a “draw down” basis, the choice is yours.

The basic kit will give you the materials to build the house to lockup with plaster and the standard kit will give you the bathroom items and kitchen items as well as the materials to build the house to lock up with plaster.
